Video Project Goes Live!
Projects, projects, projects!  Masa Karasu is in the process of starting many new endeavors that should become available within the next month for miyavi fans worldwide!

The first of these ventures began in May with the opening of our forum.  Five months later, we are proud to announce our second.   The Video Project requires taking a PV and adding MK’s romanizations and translations.

To view our first video, "Sakihokoru Hana no You Ni -Neo Visualizm-," please check out our Videography section.

We would definitely love your input in deciding the next video to be part of our new project!   Please voice your opinions on the poll to the right side of your screen.  The poll will be open for two weeks, ending on October 23rd.

After you have taken a look at our first video, please give us some  feedback.  Are you happy with the quality of the video?  Would you like to see more grow from this project?

Remix album and DVD Announced for December 24th Release
The DVD, titled This iz the Original Samurai Style -21st Century World Audio-Visual Recording  miyavi-Style + Modern Floating World¹ Video Collection, Kavki Boiz-style-,  will comprise a broad look at the whole of the world tour,  as well as all miyavi's PV's since Sakihokoru Hana no you ni,  as well as a look at the conclusion of the miyavi-Kavki Boiz collaboration.

The remix album, titled 雅-miyavi- Remixx album 【Room No. 382】Remixed by Teddy Loid,  is described as 'an evolutionary neo-Visualizm sound, which shook floors world wide during the world tour. myv and TEDDY take songs from the indies period right up to his recent releases and MASH-EM UP!'.

Pre-orders will begin on the 20th of October.

1Ukiyo, or "floating world", comes from the world "Ukiyoe" which is the name for a traditional Japanese art made with wood-block prints. It was coined "Ukiyoe" because they were realistic pictures of everyday life, but drawn beautifully and emotionally to express the things in the world in a dramatic and artistic nature, thus "pictures of the floating world." In a sense, Ukiyo is Kabuki-style, in that it is being yourself, but having pride in that by letting yourself flow over with your own unique beauty. Being showy and artistic in your own unique way.
